Structural engineers are responsible for laying the foundation of a building; caregivers are responsible for laying the foundation - of life. Should they not be trained to do their job well?

  • Who

Mothers and families, childcare workers in anganwadis and neighbourhood crèches, government functionaries and NGO personnel, funding agencies and policy makers.

  • What

Orientation and basic skill building of community childcare workers and organizational vision building of Senior Management.

  • How

Interactive training sessions, any place, any time - an office, a thatched hut, a community centre, a street corner or a shady spot under a tree using multi-media in a culturally appropriate language.

One Goal Many Partners
