Aparajita Sharma,

Thematic Lead - Partnerships & Networks

Dr Aparajita Sharma is a development professional and trained researcher with more than 15 years of experience on education and policy research. A strong advocate for Right to Education and early childhood development, she has worked in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for system strengthening and influencing public policy. She has worked closely with various marginalized communities, state and non-state organizations on education and intersecting issues of gender, peace, equity and inclusion. Her interests are popular culture, pedagogy (Vocational and school education), child and women rights, conflict resolution and inclusion. She has been nominated for the International Visitor Leadership (IVLP) Fellowship Program 2014 by the US Dept of State for her work on education and skills development of women primarily engaged in the unorganised sector. A a good blend of policy research and project management enabled her to carve a niche for herself and the organization through high impact quality work.
