She holds a Ph.D. in Home Science from the University of Delhi and a postgraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar. A development professional with over 16 years of experience. Currently, Sheetal serves as Thematic Lead of ECD Innovations, Training, and Development at Mobile Creches. In this role, she is responsible for enhancing ECCE curriculum and pedagogy, strengthening the ECD workforce, scaling up ECD business transference, and developing innovative and scalable ECD models. She also mentors her team and manages key partnerships within the organization.
