MODEL
DEVELOPMENT
We design and develop models that are replicable and can be taken to scale by governments, industry and other partners. Our model is informed by the needs of women working in the informal sector and their young children who are at risk of neglect and exclusion from social protection systems.

At 37% of the total labour force, India's female labour force participation continues to be one of the lowest in the world. Amongst women who are working over 93% of them engaged in the informal sector encounter significant barriers to accessing affordable childcare due to inadequate labour laws.
We work across different geographic areas to meet the urgent childcare needs through our contextual and cultutrally relevant models. Across the locations, we partner with local CSOs and government to support them to replicate quality services and take it to scale.
