EAT
Exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months and introducing a balanced diet after that contributes significantly to a healthy and happy childhood. The mother’s diet during pregnancy and after birth is equally important for the well-being of both.
PLAY
80% percent of a child’s brain is developed by the age of 2. When caring adults give fulsome attention to young children – playing, singing, telling stories to them at feeding, bathing and sleep time - the multi-sensory stimulation makes children curious learners and well prepared for school and adult life.
Children blossom emotionally and physically in safe and loving environments. Nurturing care by parents, grandparents and caring adults comforts children and helps them develop trusting relationships - giving them the freedom to choose and grow as happy and confident adults.
